[Mpls] Sewer Question - Clarification

I have had several people respond to me off-list about my question on the 
sewer fees .  I noted that Rybak had sent out an e-mail about sewer fees 
(which I had received).  I put a question out to the list about the 
experiences of individuals with these fees to understand how they were 
affecting different individuals.  I have been talking to people about taxes 
as part of running for the Board of Estimate and Taxation and this question 
has come up repeatedly.

Because I used Rybak as the source of my info, some people felt that this 
was an attack on Rybak.  I apologize if that was the impression that I gave. 
It was not my intention to do so - simply noting that I had received the 
e-mail from him  so people knew where I had received my information.  I will 
try to be more clear in the future.
