[Mpls] ? value of Metrodome parcel

OK, so the Twins get a new ballpark in the Warehouse District, the 
Vikings move to Blaine, what then happens to the Dome?  How much is the 
parcel worth if the Dome is razed and who owns it? What do they do with 
the proceeds of the sale of the land that the Dome sits on now?
