As an aside, seems like a lot of the complaints have come from Duplex owners. I don't mean to be too unsympathetic, but really, duplex owners get a pretty sweet deal from the city in terms of taxes, etc. I think it's a great thing, personally, because it helps overcome the problem of people being taxed out of their houses, and can help get into a house to begin with.
