It is good to see that you still respect "Endorsement" by your party. Apparently Peter McLaughlin does to! McLaughlin has committed to respect and abide by that DFL endorsement. Too bad RT Rybak has so little respect for it. If RT really does not want to abide by the DFL endorsement then he and his followers should save us all the time and remain in their beds tomorrow. He will be running the next day regardless of the outcome.

The only reason RT will be there tomorrow is to attempt to secure funds and literature. Otherwise, he has already said that endorsement does not mean anything to him, he is running regardless. He is like the gigolo who will marry you to get your money, but after that he is taking a hike.

Actually the McLaughlin campaign is expecting labor, the NRP neighborhoods, and the crime issue to take Peter to victory tomorrow. That is what the word on the street and the backrooms are saying.

Dyna, I am hearing you say to that you will be voting with Peter when that Victory comes tomorrow. Many RT supporters are saying that they will vote for RT on the first ballot, but after that they are jumping ship.

One RT supporter says he "owes RT a favor and will vote Rybak on the first ballot, but when it comes down to it we need a Mayor who will do heavy lifting and RT is all flash." That is from a RT supporter! A City Council Member RT supporter told me much the same thing. So look for some big switches after that first ballot and debts to a sitting Mayor are paid.
