What was "grossly unfair" was the process that redrew Ward Boundaries so that boundaries moved Dean Zimmerman out of his own Ward. What was "grossly unfair" was the process that redrew Ward Boundaries so that both of the Green Party endorsed City Council members have to run against DFL incumbents to keep their jobs.

This has been especially unfair to the 8th ward residents, who have been "represented" by a council member who is running for a different ward for most of his term. Phyllis Kahn was correct on this one.
