Not quite correct.RT's strongest wards -- 13, 11, 7 & 12 . . .

Ward 12 was not an RT stronghold, in fact it was Peter's strongest ward, going 70-80% for Peter all day.
Ward 10 was the other RT ward, along with 7, 11 & 13. All the other wards went for Peter.
