Highlights from the House committee on the Stadium last evening...Some other items that were brought up....Environmental Impact Statement was brought up but it seemed to surprise the Rep from Chisholm..then the discussion was that there would be one but it would not be completed before starting the stadium and they did not want any to hold up the progress. Many of the Reps stated time and again...that they were not following their own policies and laws that they have required others to follow....
Thanks to Britt for the names...my eyes were getting too blurry to see the names..Mary Liz Holberg R from Lakeville, Michael Paymar D St.Paul, Frank Hornstein DFL Minneapolis, Ann Lenczewski DFL Bloomington all strong vocal supporters of the citizen's rights of Minneapolis.
Debra Hilstrom DFL of Brooklyn Center voted so solid with the stadium it really seemed strange.
