    Perhaps this isn't real political but I knew Art
(Mr. Naftalin) as a kid. He had a hoop and backboard
on his garage and about fifteen feet square of level
ground before the driveway fell away forever (he lived
towards the peak of Tower Hill. We played there with
his son Dave and whomever until another father built a
