The Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport is physically located in
Ft. Snelling and governed by the Metropolitan Airports Commission and
Hennepin County. With its own police department and fire department, it
functions much like its own city.

Is the airport not in Minneapolis? Does this list not talk about airport
noise and other airport issues on a regular basis? Does Phyllis Kahn not
represent a Minneapolis House district? What do you mean this isn't a
Minneapolis issue?
