I don't know about Jim Graham's Mpls stadium casino, but I was thinking that 
we should have "Minneapolis Skyway Slots" maintained by the MN State Lottery 
from a downtown skyway storefront office. We could have slots near all the 
hotels on the skyway and perhaps even the Twins stadium, should that ever get 
built. We still get some of Rep. Kahn's "progressive tax" out of some more 
upscale 
gamblers in the skyway and a bit less of the regressive tax on the 
mathmatically challenged. Maybe even some video poker. Is that Minneapolis 
specific 
enough?
