I don't know about Jim Graham's Mpls stadium casino, but I was thinking that we should have "Minneapolis Skyway Slots" maintained by the MN State Lottery from a downtown skyway storefront office. We could have slots near all the hotels on the skyway and perhaps even the Twins stadium, should that ever get built. We still get some of Rep. Kahn's "progressive tax" out of some more upscale gamblers in the skyway and a bit less of the regressive tax on the mathmatically challenged. Maybe even some video poker. Is that Minneapolis specific enough?
