If its true there are so many fans that want this then lets have the state required vote. Lets cut the crap about trying to skirt the law on the grounds of cost and have the darned vote. Costs going up is merely a smoke screen to shield the Twins from the probability the referendum would fail. Carl tried to move them and failed, tried to contract them and failed. Enough with the games, bring on the vote. The Twins have a place to play, and the fans have a place to watch them play.
