Just got back into town and saw this post. I couldn't believe it. Talk about blaming the victim. Evidently, unable to stem the tide of thievery, the city council has now decided to fine those being stolen FROM, hoping perhaps that the victims will be better able to stop the theft than the police or the city.
What's next? Fining me when my car gets stolen? Is this the best this city council can do? My God........
