If this is truely the case, then we all need to look at our commissioners
and ask if they
have been honest with us, if not ...don't vote for them. Unforunate about
the uncontested!
What also is unforunate is that this tactic is not uncommon with our beloved
politics.

Several Park Board commissioners have stated repeatedly that they have not
yet seen a proposal for giving land to DeLaSalle High School, which has
allowed them to deflect any questions about their position on such a deal.
Despite those claims, it appears from the official agenda documents that
the Park Board is ready to approve such a deal this Wednesday:
4.2. That the Board approve the terms for the implementation of
a recipricol use agreement with DeLaSalle High School."
It seems to have become standard operating procedure for the Park Board to
have some commissioners continue to mislead the public while working
back-room deal
