Though he lists his address as that building, he actually resides in the
suburb of Eagan, at:
1219 Balsam Trl E
Eagan, MN 55123-1705
(651) 406-9614

He serves on the Ministry Team of Grace Christian Church in Inver Grove
Heights: http://www.gracecrcigh.org/ . But the disruption caused to the
neighbors caused by the criminal behavior of his tenants doesn't seem
either "christian" or "love-thy-neighbor"!

MN: OK, I like it when people get right to the point, and putting public
information out there for people on the list is fine, but it looks to me
like you're implying that the man isn't Christian and his church is a bad
organization because his tenants are thugs. (Why include the church web
address, or even the name of the church?)
I'd like some specifics before I rush to judgment.
How long has he owned the building? Has anyone complained about the
building's condition, or his tenant's behavior? Has he tried to be a
responsible landlord?
If he's a slumlord, then I've no pity for him, but let's leave religion out
of it, OK?
If you'd said he was Gay, or African American, or handicapped, or used just
about any label besides the one you chose, it would've been on the front
page of the Trib.

There are "people of faith" and "non-believers", or "pagans" or (insert
label of your choice here) who are either good people or bad people.
If I'm missing your point, please forgive me.
