Can you imagine hundreds of crappy muffler-free mopeds gunning it up my hill at all hours of the night? (Not to mention drunken shouting and patio TVs blaring.) It's a wonder I got a wink of sleep at all during my months in that metropolis. Minneapolis is pristinely quiet in comparison. This is a city anyway, so that's what we get for living here, in my opinion.
