I asked in an earlier post: Is there a motorcycle in Mpls. that HAS a muffler?? I believe that scooters are a reasonable mode of transport at this time but the law requires mufflers. Is the law being enforced? I posit:NO. I would like to know if List members feel a need for more enforcement there?
