The old Walker Library is not touched. The condos rise behind the Library, if you're looking east on Hennepin. (The view in the paper is looking north on Lagoon.) The project cannibalizes an existing surface parking lot behind the library and the Lagoon Theater. The theater is the only existing building affected, because the development doubles its size (mostly underground, by the way). David Brauer Kingfield SWJ editor REMINDERS: 1. Be civil!
