Kyle, it'd be helpful to us that are still undecided if your
group could provide us vote totals so we could see what proportions
supported McLaughlin and Rybak. I was unable to attend any of the
endorsing events, having to actually work at the time they occurred.
From what I have heard from my union representative the support for
McLaughlin was not unanamous, several union workers including city
employees voicing there support for Rybak.
So to add some substance to your group's endorsement, would
you please tell us who was allowed to vote on this endorsement and
what the actual vote was. Such information would be helpful to those
of us union members deciding who to support in this race. In the
absence of such information I am forced to assume this may be another
"manufactured" endorsement like the Stonewall DFL's.
