Translation: "Opat says Mn State Legislature should pass the stadium
boondoggle / tax implementation dodge even though they can't figure out
how to fund schools, roads and health care" - Like the other things
aren't also going to be more expensive next year.
The real kudos for this "scoop" go to the Hines PR folks for getting an
above the fold front page Sunday placement for their part in getting a
little of the taxpayers money before it's too late. I guess they think
they won't be able to convince us that they couldn't afford to build a
stadium if they needed one for their project.
Just another example of hard hitting investigative journalism.
