One of the most inspiring changes I witnessed as a VISTA Volunteer at
Hosmer Library was an acquaintance of mine, in his sixties, sitting
diligently every afternoon at Hosmer studying for his GED. When I asked
him about it he said it was one thing he'd left undone and he wanted to
correct that.
