Okay now, can someone clarify this thing for me? I thought it was to catch people who ran reds. (Not speeders, turn-on-redders, etc.) What exactly IS it and what exactly does it do please?
Also, I can't see from my window if this thing is being put in on 28th and Portland, (maybe it is) but the intersection I see being worked on is 28th and PARK.
