Yes, I have been trying to tell you readers about the mean spirited way the City/County have meddled in the business of a lady property owner in the Lowry Corridor. Her building is now empty, boarded, and raped; the outcome of bad local policy. Below is what I was busy with at Lyndale/Lowry a year ago; as posted on The List Aug.2004:

Further I, as new owner, am now the accountable person, for conduct at the worst offending site (SE corner) and have already implemented sweeping positive change there(hurray). I am REALLY enjoying the changes and want to share that joy, and I will. I need each of you to strategize here; and help make a clean safe environment that is sustainable, here. By the way, we have all failed up until now at this corner, and we will succeed from hence, forward. And we will have fun as things get cleaner and safer. Isn't that great news?
