Peter McLaughlin is for the status quo. Therefore he may campaign in the
parks.

Jason Stone is campaigning against the status quo that appointed Gurban.
Therefore he may not campaign in the parks.

It's simple.

It's not the act, it's the content.

It's a government of men, not laws.
