I first met her when I bought my building, behind hers' , last year. She was around almost as much as I, working to improve a building she bought on 6th street. She was a great neighbor; now she is in great, and unearned, distress. I ask you, readers, to excuse her typos in her E-mail below. I have been trying to publicize her victimization; and prevent my own. My tenants just received the certified letters that hers' received before the meddling County/City partners in this Project emptied her building without owning it. There has been nothing filed in the past two months on the part of MInneapolis to aquire my building. I the past year+ Minneapolis inspections ordered me to replace 35 windows amoungst other things, which I done, only to be demolished shortly????????????, now they don't want to pay me the money they forced me to put into the building.
