I think Laura summed it up quite accurately regarding MPS testing in her
recent posts.
If anyone would like more info on testing in schools in general there
are some great articles in the most recent issue of American Educator
http://www.aft.org/pubs-reports/american_educator/issues/spring05/index.htm.
One of the articles is by Laura Resnick; the MPS connection is that
there will be a group of MPS folks going to workshops at Resnick's
institute this summer. A little more of the clarity that Resnick brings
to the testing issue will be useful here in Minneapolis.
