What was she offered for the building? Certainly if one is to have a sympathetic view for the plight of this individual, it is an important factor... And if we're to have an earnest discussion, whether or not the county/city are making fair offers for these properties is a very relevant issue.

Also, and although it is not important, I don't believe that the building is in the Jordan neighbrhood.
