hi - i'm new to the forum here. i posted about the lagoon project on my candidate's blog yesterday (i'm running in ward ten) www.candidatemoore.blogspot.com
it seems to me that most people in the ward and the city are fine with a thirteen-story building in the heart of a commercial/retail district. we have to increase jobs, housing, and our tax base somehow and somewhere, right? just not in some, convention-and-primary-voters' neighborhoods, i guess. peace, tom "candidate" moore blue-green alliance!
