Thanks to Thomas Moore for his response.  Where are
the other Ward 10 candidates on this?  The silence is
conspicuous.

On a slightly different track - why can't we work out
real guidelines for these things ahead of time
politically, before the election.  This system where
we have these zoning laws, but they don't really
matter if you are friendly with enough councilmembers
stinks just a little.

On the other hand, a hodgepodge of exceptions is
better than the rigid, ancient zoning laws.
