I've heard this alot lately. Don is, to the best of my knowledge , the first minority. However, has everyone forgotten Sandra Hilary? Redistricting, for several reasons, removed alot of power from North Mpls. Equally important is the loss of prime development property and replacing it with some of the most impoverished. In the meantime, the prime property was given to a ward which was already one of, if not the richest in the city. Money is power. No money, no power. Anne McCandless Jordan REMINDERS: 1. Be civil!
