Whose loyalties
lie with the students?

How true.. Dr. Peebles is in charge. She has every right to
have the staff around her that she feels will be the best for
her policies and those policies should be the best for the
students and schools. From what I heard, Harvey in Saint Paul, had
at will, along with a group of people for support that surrounded her.
If the school board, truely wants change, they need to support
Dr. Peebles and the changes she wishes to make and not hobble
her before the race begins. Nothing is going to change by running
the system as it has been because the system is broken..when grants
run out...they run out...
