We can talk law enforcement, budgets, police cuts, LGA, Bush bashing, etc all
we want.
The REAL reason for most of the crime increases that we have been seeing...
can not be pin pointed to one specific cause, but are HUGE society-based
imbalance. As I walk through my neighborhood, drive down 26th Ave N, walk to
and from the bars & restaurants down town, I see hundreds of young & old, male
& female, who are caught in a visious cycle of poverty, drug addiction,
homelessness, jobless-ness, recreation-less-ness, oppurtunity-less-ness.
THIS is (part) of the reason for crime... our society is messed up! I don't
see this when I am driving through Edina, or through Woodbury. The Burnsville
55337 zip code doesn't house the majority of the states Level 3's....
RT (nor Peter Mc) caused this reason for crime increases. However, I do see RT
having the courage to start breaking this down.....
