....well, 347 people, actually, as of 4/1/04, according to the regional planning agency. That's up 105 people from 2003 estimates, though. (The Twin Cities as a whole gained 30,045 people in the past year, the Council estimates.)

The change looks sort of like a rounding error:

2000: 382,747
2004: 382,400
