These are very serious health, safety and livability issues...
Does it really HAVE to be this way?

Surely there was a plan for the repaving and some idea by
the (Dept of Public Works...???etc.) of what was going to happen ...

It's 90+ degrees...if the water is off...bring in the water trucks...bottled
water...
Biffs!   if the power is off bring in those big ol generators used for the
aquatennial block party and rib fest... no phones? no internet?  well..
get those trucks Qwest etc. have at the State Fair loaded with equipment
and BRING IT TO THE PEOPLE!   Not sure what the best solution for
the critters would be...if they can't be humane trapped, get the Health
Dept there to handle the situation...or hold a Great Gray Owl
all-they-can-eat mouse buffet!

Someone dropped the ball here in arranging to provide services to
make this project sane, bearable and humane for everyone!
