The riskiest behavior I can think of is voting R.T.Rybak in for a second term.
His risky behavior comment is just another example of his lack of ability to deal with real issues. His consistent refrain that Mpls is a Great City misses the mark completely. Better suited to a chamber of commerce booster than to a mayor. My opinion is that he was not and is not up to the job of Mayor and that he realized this very quickly when he got into office. He then turned to his staff "handlers" to run his policy decisions which has resulted in miscue after miscue. His twisting of words to the point where he blames anyone who is a vicitim of crime as engaging in risky behavior is incredibly muddled and naive. Margaret Hastings Kingfield REMINDERS: 1. Be civil!
