Thanks Chris, for posting the outline of the Park Board procedures that
should have been followed before the Planning Committee vote on
DeLaSalle. This is a good example of why it is important to obey the
rules, laws, codes and procedures that have been established. It is
important whether giving away park land, hiring a Park superintendent,
locating a homeless shelter, or building a Twins stadium.
