Come on Nikki - we are not asking them to recuse themselves from the debate
(which usually means dialogue and discussion). It's about at the time of
the vote (as Elected Officeholders when it is time they represent all
citizens) with lots and lots of people watching what they (and all of us) do.

very same 1983 contract that promises the playing field to DeLaSalle. They
have a direct financial interest in the issue as neighborhood amenities
affect home values. Are they unbiased? No one is asking them to recuse

What about the state representative and island resident? What about the
CPC head and island resident?
