Last week my neighbor made the decision that it was safer to go into a shelter with her Five Children tan it was to stay in the single family home next door to me. No she was not being threatened by anyone. Decided the drug dealing shooting thugs were to much of a threat, And it was no longer fair to her children to be kept inside the house.
