Let's make Minneapolis great. With Satan in the White House and a profoundly
stupid plutocrat in our governor's office its up to Minneapolis citizens to
take control. We can use Bucky Fuller tactics to lower taxes but most
important reduce pollution and greenhouse gasses. Build renewable energy on
south
facing sound barriers, parking lots and ramps using state and federal funds.
Step up L.E.D. technology. Maximize efficiency. Promote stem cell research to
create meaningful jobs. Promote hydrogen technology. Hybrid engines for cabs
and city owned vehicles. Decriminalize Medical marijuana. Vegetarian meals in
the Dept of Corrections to lower costs and reduce greenhouse gasses. Cut
Mayors salary until budget is fixed. Organic victory gardens in school yards.
Edible landscapes to reduce megatons of greenhouse gasses from shipping in
pesticided produce from around the world. Encourage pedestrians and
bicyclists.
Stop stupid dangerously tall decorative trees on boulevards that block out
solar potential on most homes. Build eco-utopia and as we do we will increase
our
health and wealth. Hope and pray that the warming of our planet is not too
much of a geometric progression. Much more at my web site.

Sincerely, Don Johnson, Candidate for Mayor, 3808 Grand Ave So. Minneapolis,
