Let's not let the relevant point get lost as we discuss the viability of BPL - The point is, Minneapolis should definitely NOT give any entity exclusionary rights with regard to any form of Internet access. We want to make Minneapolis open to more possibilities of methods of communicating and not get locked into monopoly style providers as happened in the past with telephone and cable.
