To feel the need to "drive the point home" by mentioning the disaster in NO
on the same parallel to what we face everyday in MSP for crime and
lawlessness, is indeed in my mind, unconscionable. It has been ingrained in
me that the worst set of circumstances have a tendency to bring-out the
"true colors" of those involved.
