I was #105 in 8-6 at about 10 something AM.

When comparing turnout, though, be sure to compare it to primaries in
off-years. Of course there will be higher turnout in years with presidential
and state-wide elections also running.

I voted in my precinct, 13-3, at 9:15 am. There was almost no one
there, and I was voter #56.

This is from a precinct that had 2300 voters in 2004 general election
(IIRC). Last year I voted at about the same time, and was #280 or so.

I don't know how this plays out city-wide, but low turnout in Ward 13
is going to hurt RT.
