The Special Facilities category lost $119,235 in 2004. The major losses were at Parade Complex (-236,031) and Parade Ice Complex (-230,193). Nicollet Tennis posted a loss of $379.

Last year, park visitors paid $439,151 to park at MPRB meters or regional parking lots. After expenses, the MPRB profit on parking meters and lots was $268,939.

Columbia Manor - Revenues $17,954, Expenses $884, Profit $16,710
Nicollet Island Inn - Revenues $154,371, Expenses $88,874, Profit $65,497.

I was surprised to see that the Nicollet Island Park Pavilion was not listed in this category.
