You've just got to love the Mpls Issues Forum. Here you can have a
discussion of the smoking ban in Minneapolis where advocates say that
more people can go to bars now, probably resulting in more drunk drivers
who kill more Minneapolitans. Yes, drinking kills more non-drinkers than
smoking kills non-smokers, but that's OK, I suppose. But now, we can
have a discussion of "marijuana normalization." Egad, folks, are we to
have penalties for smoking tobacco in bars and not have penalties for
smoking marijuana? Only here can these two points be embraced on line.
