Not sure who you’re going to vote for? We invite you to join LCC for a
Park Board Commissioner Candidate Forum
Tuesday, October 25, 7:00 - 8:30pm
Hiawatha Park, 4305 42nd Street East

Schedule:
7:00 pm - Meet & Greet with candidates
7:30 pm – Statements from at-large candidates followed
                by debate between district candidates

Take this opportunity to meet the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board
Commissioner candidates one-on-one and learn where they stand on the issues.

All Minneapolis residents are invited to attend.

The greater Longfellow Neighborhood includes portions
of park board districts 3 and 5, so the forum will include
candidates from both districts.

The six at-large commissioner candidates have also been invited to
attend. The forum will feature a half hour meet-and-greet period, a
time for statements by at-large candidates, and a debate between the
district candidates. The debate will be moderated by Beverly Conerton,
LCC’s Board President. The audience will have the opportunity to submit
questions to the moderator.

Sponsored by the River Gorge Committee of the Longfellow Community Council.
