I was over in Cedar Riverside today. Ran into a guy distributing a 4 color
glossy postcard literature piece endorsing R.T. for Mayor. The postcard had no
disclaimer on it. When I asked the gentlemen who he knew who produced the
postcard he said it was "the Sabri Organization". I also noticed R.T. lawn
signs prominently displayed on Basim Sabri's Karmel Plaza building. They are
posted on the city owned boulevards.

I dare say that a 4 color piece printed in any volume would cost over $100. My
understanding of campaign law is that not only is it illegal to put a political
piece out without a disclaimer, it is also illegal to spend more than $100
endorsing a political candidate without filing as a political PAC.
