than Progressive Minnesota did.
As far as the Park Board and Park Watch is concerned, if the Park Board
kept proper minutes, volunteers like Chris Johnson and Lis Wielenski
wouldn't need to be going to Park Board meetings and taking minutes. The
board continues to defer it's most embarrassing moments until after 8 PM
when they aren't on tape.
