If you are interested in information about the class action lawsuit brought by individual homeowners in Minneapolis and Richfield against the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC), plan on attending tonight's Fall Forum (Thursday, November 17, 2005) sponsored by the South Metro Airport Action Council (SMAAC). This is on top of the lawsuit brought against the MAC by the cities of Minneapolis, Richfield, Eagan and Bloomington. Attorneys Bob Moilanen and Carolyn Anderson, with the law firm Zimmerman-Reed, LLP, the attorneys representing the homeowners, will be the featured speakers. The Fall Forum is from 7 pm to 9 pm and will be held in the Washburn High School Cafeteria, 201 West 49th Street. The cafeteria is on the ground level of the school and it is recommended that attendees park in the lot on the 49th Street side of the building and come in through the doors on the lower parking lot level of the school. Refreshments will be served.
