Let's remember this one. It was the Property Rights
group that had Jackie Cherryhomes on their hitlist.
They worked hard to defeat Cherryhomes.
The other thing that defeated Cherryhomes was her
association with the "old guard" - the people who put
the city into debt - big time

**Her association with the old guard...she was the old guard
and the MCDA was at her command. It scares the heck out
of me that Samuels resurfaced Cherryhomes during election.
The Property Rights group had very good reasons to get
Cherryhomes off the council after seeing what type of treatment
she gave them at some council meetings...power and control.
Let's not forget the law, landowners are responsible for all
derelicts.

Don Samuels poor attendance record is a legitimate
issue. Natalie Johnson Lee's record is marginally
better on that score. I got attendance records from a
city hall source and analyzed them.

**If we have council members who are getting paid full time wages
and show up only part time... it gives reason that we pay for a part
time council, which I support wholeheartly.

It would be nice to see the attendance records for all the members
of council.
