A big thank you to those who helped Ericsson Elementary install new playground equipment. I live right next to the main ground area. Over the weekend it was quite exciting to see parents and staff volunteers (my guess) helping professionals with the set-up. It looks great.
On Monday, the equipment was roped off (I assume awaiting inspection) and through the day one by one groups of students walked around the block hand and hand to the see the weekend magic from 50 feet away. Today, the anticipation was lifted and over lunch lots of kids were breaking in the new equipment for I am sure a generation of kids to follow. Steven Clift Ericsson P.S.
