I am glad you brought that up...there have been posts from people who are on
the taxpayers dime that seem to find time to write to the forum during
working hours and gave me reason to believe they did not have enough work to
keep themselves busy. My employer would not allow this type of activity nor
the use of the computer during working hours or off hours. Good point...

It also bothers me that Scott Neiman sent those 4 long messages from an
Internet account paid for by the taxpayers via the Hopkins school
district. I have to wonder if he also composed them on taxpayer time,
